2. Information & Products Provided
AD3D Designs is committed to the accuracy of the information displayed on the e-shop, regarding the characteristics of the products. However, due to the nature of 3D Designs and printing materials, there may be slight deviations in shades or textures compared to the photographs. The company is not responsible for any typographical errors in prices or product characteristics due to technical reasons.
3. Intellectual Property
All content of the website, including digital files, 3D designs, texts, graphics, logos and photographs, is the intellectual property of AD3D Designs and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law.
It is expressly prohibited to copy, reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit our designs and products without the written permission of the owner.
4. Purchase Process & Orders
To complete the order, the user selects the products, fills in the necessary shipping information (Name, Address, Telephone, Email) and accepts these Terms of Use.
After registration, the customer receives an automatic order confirmation via email.
Product prices include the legal VAT [e.g. 24%]. AD3D Designs reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery time depends on product availability and shipping area.
The ownership of the product is transferred to the customer upon full payment, while the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the package from the carrier.
