At AD3D Designs we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please read carefully our returns policy, which is fully harmonized with the European legislation on distance selling (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the Greek law L. 2251/1994.

1. Right of Unreasonable Withdrawal (14 days)

For all ready-made/standardized products available through our online store, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, without being obliged to state the reasons.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing via email to info@ad3ddesigns.com before the expiration of the 14-day period.

2. Product Return Conditions

In order for a product to be accepted for return, it must:

The product must be in its original condition, not used, modified or damaged in any way.

Any labels or protective materials must not have been removed.

It must be returned with all accompanying documents (Retail Sales Receipt / Invoice, instructions for use, etc.) and its original packaging.

Return Cost: The shipping costs for returning the product are fully borne by the buyer, unless the product is defective or the wrong code was sent through our fault.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to article 3l of Law 2251/1994, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply in the following cases:

Custom-made products: Products manufactured according to the consumer’s specific specifications or are clearly personalized (e.g. 3D prints with custom dimensions, special colors, names, or designs created exclusively for you).

Digital Content: Digital 3D design files (e.g. .STL, .OBJ files) whose download was initiated with the customer’s consent, as the execution of the service begins immediately and cannot be reversed.

4. Refund Procedure

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the conditions of paragraph 2, we will refund you the amount of the product’s value within 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction (e.g. credit to your card).

In case the purchase was made by cash on delivery or bank deposit, the refund will be made via transfer to a bank account (IBAN) that you will indicate to us.

5. Defective Products or Wrong Shipments

In case you receive a product that has been damaged during transport, is defective or does not correspond to what you ordered:

If the error is detected, we will immediately replace the product or provide a full refund (including shipping costs), at no cost to you.
